Access Permits
All those in the Port of Hanko area must carry a valid personal Access Permit. Access Permits are issued by the Port of Hanko and companies authorised by the Port.
An Access Permit will only be issued to those with a justified reason to access the port area. There are two types of permit: fixed-term and permanent. Permanent permits will only be issued to those in long-term employment in the port area.
You can apply for an Access Permit by completing the application form below. Print it out, fill it in and sign it. Then post or fax it to the Harbour Office of the Port of Hanko. Application forms are also available from the Harbour Office. Be prepared to prove your identity when picking up your Access Permit.
